The incredible thing is he hasn't shown a single penny. Of course he could ride in with £30m tomorrow - but all he's done is talk about £30m, and I'm pretty convinced that those shareholders would accept about £10m (all in) right at this point for their remaining shareholding.
They'd dwap their shares for a London priced Cappucino if today's statement is any measure. Best of luck to them getting another £30m of good money thrown after bad by hedge fund managers.
