Have you been practising drinking your tea with a raised pinky Ricardo? You're going to have to follow some etiquette to fit in there! I'm in 502 - and if this thread is anything to go by - we will be the only ones!
I'm in 502, apologies Omega man i didnt look properly. No one else in there. Good gives me room to spread out, hopefully the cameras wil pick me up in me onesie, foam hands, face paint and ten gallon hat ( Im not taking the risk the cheapskates in the row behind paying a tenner less than me)
I'm in there. I thought at one point I'd have the whole block to myself. Let's be nice to each other for the day. You can share my flask.
I'm pretty good with my etiquette, I don't normally practice it, but I know it for when occassion requires it. I'm sure it comes naturally enough that my work mates think the posh me is the real me and the common me I am with them is the act (we do corporate events, so it's better to have that polish when you're dealing with clients). It doesn't help that image that they know I have one uncle that lives in a house that looks like a country manor and another that lives in the most expensive postcode in Edinburgh (it was something like the 3rd most expensive postcode in the UK when I found out). Nice try, "you can share my flask", (but you'll have to carry it in"), you know flasks are banned from Wembley.
Thank goodness for that. The weather might be bad. He's not sharing my blanket though. Are Werthers' Originals allowed?
I've not got one booked, but I thought I might go in early and go to either the seafood place or the Bench Brasserie as they say you don't need to book (obviously I'm not going to be going an hour before kick off and expecting to get seated and fed). That way once I'm done I can have a wander about and get some photos from different places, it'd be quite good if I could get into the seats in another part of the stadium about 15-20 minutes before kickoff to get a couple of shots of our fans. Speaking of shots from elsewhere, has anything been looked into for getting a video of the 1904 chant from either a neutral or Sheff U section of the ground?
If you fancy some champagne and oysters, you'll have no trouble getting a table, I've barely ever seen anyone in there. It's not normally all that difficult getting food, the bars tend to be far busier than the food places. I'm going to have a crack at filming the 19.04 chant, I'm a bit past halfway over the Blunts.
I've just eaten some tinned mandarins (in juice, not syrup, I'm not a total animal). It's a different world.
