Utd fans on BBC spunking themselves over Kagawa finally becoming that player everyone predicted. They just faced Newcastle and beat them 4 nil, even we managed to beat newcastle 4 nil away!

Andre Villas-Boas wants to be reunited with Tottenham defender Jan Vertonghen, 26, at Zenit St Petersburg in a move that could pave the way for Manchester United to sign Ezequiel Garay, 27, from Benfica.

Great! We do another deal that weakens us and allows a rival to strengthen!

If this Garay is any good, shouldn't we be saying to Zenit, "we'll give you Vertonghen, but only if we get Garay."

Newcastle seem to have just given up after Cabaye left in January. Really poor.

Newcastle fan on 696 stated Pardew left his seat in the stands 15 minutes before game ended and never returned. Toilet break or seen enough? The guy has zero class if he leaves early.

But can be forgiven if he had the runs!

Fair play Dave, it goes with the territory, but you basing your chances against Bayern on a win against an absolutely piss poor Geordie reserve team is hilarious.<laugh>

No Im saying that if we lose it will be by the odd goal or 2 I dont see us getting a hammering thats all.

Why are you so sure?

Oh, come on! Bayern absolutely hammered you at OT. It was only Moyes superbly crafted "park the bus and hope desperately for something to happen" tactics that saved you.

They have an away goal, so United have to attack. There can be no parking the bus in Munich. And the minute you open up - BANG! - you'll concede.

And that is how it will be all match.
