I just had a team briefing and one of the things was to discuss a project, saying how to survey a bridge in a boat safely. One of the ****y bosses goes up and gives a big pile of ****e, then the person in charge of the briefing says we shouldn't have used the boat

 

worked on a building site where your sleeves had to reach your elbows at least. no sleeveless tops allowed , the reason : to prevent skin cancer what about our lower arms , faces , necks its ****ed up

 

didnt think there was that much H&S involved in conning old ladies in to letting you tarmac their drives?

 

They used to grade it from 1 to 4. 4 meant you were a ******

 

should you have swam? or built a giant dam across the river forth and pumped the river dry before surveying from the river bed?

What are you on about, its the truth! Liability was covered in my business degree. The firm has to jump through hoops to even get insurance, then they have to cover all routes of excape for the insurance company if a claim does arise, and believe me the insurance companies will try anything to worm their way out of paying up.

An insurance company bailing on a firm has been the demise of many a start-up company!
