    Morning Everyone,

Its pay day at Leeds Utd tomorrow.

Even though most of the players don't deserve it, it is in their contracts.

I hope at the very least the staff at Elland Road get their pay packets in full.

According to Sportsmail, administration would be the likely outcome if we were unable to pay staff and creditors. If this were the case, and we were to be deducted 10 points, the table would look like this!!!

Some may say even though there would be breathing space between us and the bottom three, our form must be the worse. This year, in the league we have won 2, drawn 3 and lost 8.

GFH are saying that it is now Cellino's responsibility to pay the staff whereas Cellino is saying he will not put any more money into the club unless the football league approve his takeover.

It was interesting listening to Bates last night. Susannah lent GFH 1m this time last year in order to pay the wages. After the falling out between them, you would not have thought that was possible.

What I would like to see, is the Football League explain how GFH passed the fit and proper person process as one of the criteria is that they must be financially stable enough to run a club, obviously they are not!!!

Morning Elland and all. Think Bates wife loaned that money before the falling out. How quickly does admin follow players not being paid? I can think of many cases with clubs where wages were unpaid for one, two or three months awaiting takeovers. Why would we have to go into admin immediately? I don't understand these matters nor care to but perhaps someone has the answer. Cue Mightys entrance. Wonder how much truth was in the Bates interview and how much bullshit? Interesting piece where he said there was almost no staff left at Leeds. Seems clear to me, gfh have systematically siphoned money from the club over the past twelve months a la Bates. They have probably recouped all of their original investment and more, leaving just a skeleton behind when they eventually **** off or are thrown out. For anyone still believing they have any shred of credibility, please read the contents of an article I posted last night. It will give you a fair indication of the lack of professionalism and ability among the gfh hierarchy

    Morning Eire,

Don't think Bate would leave himself open to being sued.

Its a state state of affairs when Bates comes across better than GFH

Morning all. Another Groundhog Day for leeds fans.

Big cuddly ken saved the club, never took a penny, just fair and reasonable expenses, left the club on a sound financial footing... And these chancers come in and ruin it.

Morning all: Elland we could well lose 15-points due to it being the 3rd time in too short a space of time. Remember Bates was around for 2 of those, so be careful about praising the robbing bastard. If we get 15-points deducted we are in L1 next season.

Another fire sale and an even longer time-sacle to be resurrected again by some dodgy bastards like Farnham and Flowers who will buy us in a re-pack deal for peanuts.

The FL have failed to protect the club and fans because they allowed Bates to sell to GFH. They then preside over the club going bust because they don't like Cellino and on that I am hearing rumors that once this is over, that Cellino will be taking action against the FL for slander and running his name through the mud. Cellino is a hugely influential businessman who operates on 3 continents. He's successful and from time to time falls foul of legislation, or should i say his finance teams ...... But at least he isn't wanted by the FBI unlike Bates still is, and if he was a convicted criminal he would be deported from the USA where he lives. he has owned a football team in Italy for years and the Italian FA have no problem with him ...... The FL think they're bullet proof but can't wait to see them dragged through the courts and made to look stupid when stuff comes out about the murders, rapists, money laundereres, people trafikers, pornographers, fraudsters etc, who have been allowed to buy into football.

On this day four years ago, Leeds made history.

Tresor Kendol - quickest ever red card v Norwich

    20 seconds.

Ironically, the same ref Lee Probert sent off Matt Smith within 60 seconds of him coming on as a second half substitute

    Morning everyone <ok>

-10 at this stage in the season looks pretty damned worrying to me! Especially as like Doc says, I wouldn't be at all surprised if they found a reason to take another 5 off and that really puts us in the mire. The squad we have doesn't have a relegation fight in them, we seem to collapse after conceding 1 at the minute.

Match thread to be up around lunch as per, I'll try and keep it light hearted <yikes>

If the team put as much effort into their game as you do the match thread we wouldn't be getting these constant thrashings that's for sure <ok>

We got deducted 15 points last time so will likely be more.

I'm sure someone said there is a date that points deductions have to be done by

Kissa we got 10-points for going into administration last time but also got 15 points for not coming out of administration via a CVA, so 25-points in all. FL rules state that 'serial offenders' will be hit with harsher sanctions than 10-point deductions. Luton were deemed serial offenders because of their past directors and owners, but the new guys got given a kick in the bollocks that saw them drop into the conference. That was 5-years ago and are still trying to get back into the FL.

Lord Mawhinney was in charge in those days but now there's that bent twat Harvey in charge

Morning all ... Bates is a thieving cnut who is once again being publicly disruptive, his "interview" is for the benefit of Harvey and the FL ... Cellino will do well to sue the **** out of the FL, FFS how can Oyston be on the FL board and be making decisions on the future of Leeds? It's a fcuking joke!!! What's worse is that the FL clubs all look on and do nothing!! I sometimes wonder if Leeds should just fold and disappear ... the FL don't deserve this magnificent club ... we should apply to play in Scotland, call oursleves Haggis Utd or something ... FCUKING BUNCH OF FOOTBALL LEAGUE CNUTS!!!!!

As for GFH, can see why Haigh was in a hurry to get them out ... Bates knew exactly what he was doing when he sold to them

We got -10 for going into admin just before we got relegated to League One. The -15 was to do with breaking FL rules for coming out of admin without a CVA (but we couldn't because if we did HMRC would have liquidated the club).

Not sure what the FL rules are on points deductions for club's going into admin on more than one occasion but didn't they give Bournemouth and Luton more than the statutory -10 a few years back ?

    Scary whatever happens.......

Be certain of this ... Harvey will be talking to Bates who will be giving the sockless cnut "guidance and advice" ... these two robbing morons are not done with Leeds just yet, and they will twist the knife as much as they can
