He was great yesterday. Only tired the last ten minutes.

 

He wasn't great in the second half. Very good first half and then second half, he stopped holding it up. I noticed early on that he stopped doing that... including their equalizer.. he only just got there and had a pass deflected off that ended up with Davis (?) losing it.,

Not having a pop at Lambert, just saying he wasn't great all game.

 

I am guessing that the Referee won't be Andre Marriner, who seems to be a pupil of the Clottenburk School of Refereeing.

 

Rickie was a clear case of two halves yesterday. Fantastic first half, pretty awful second half.

Do we know what's happened to Morgan? Could do with him back. What about JRod?

 

I agree with the sentiment but his Spurs performance is the only one that really concerned me. I'd give him another shot.

 

Jrod was hopefully a tweated muscle not sure about Morgan. Presumably we will have to wait until Thursday.

 

Hope JRod can get his tweated muscle tweated in time.

A bit worrying as the pressure and attention will all be on him, we need a Referee with a clear head giving fair decisions, not one that's worrying about dropping a spherical one. I suppose it could cut either way, we are still in deficit over duff decisions this Season.

 

How long since we've had a penalty. Months?

 

You have to get into the box with the ball under control to have any chance of getting a penalty!
