The club has reverted to the traditional coloured in Saints crest on its Twitter, Instagram & Facebook accounts, as well as on the official website.

The Mono black/silver versions are gone. Let's see if they also get shot of them from the Ticket office & Reception at St Mary's too.

    Well done Katharina.

    Well done Ralph.

I don't like the stripes...prefer mainly red with a touch of white...much more classy.

Tradition isn't stripes or that crest though.

I've done with the stripes as well. Mind you, I still don't like this seasons Home kit because of the wings and hooped socks, but I've really warmed to the Away one. Don't even like the traditional crest that much these days. Looks amateurish and old fashioned, in my opinion. Preferred the revamped silver and black. At least it gave the crest a slicker appearance.

BTW, when you said old, I thought you meant the really old one, that pre-dates the 1970's to current one.

Yep or a updated design of it. Our badge is kind of amateurish, at least with the silver and gold one it looked better.

I don't mind red and white as long as is like Atletico Madrid's shirt.

Agree completely. I thought the crest looked much better as an outline.

Now that we've been told that there's no plans to sell the club, I am eagerly anticipating the coming summer and pre-season, I must say.

I liked the black/silver badge, but the red/gold was terrible. This will do.

Our away kit has always been better than our home kit.

Good job that Katharina and Ralph are now only listening to the proper Saints fans, so including myself, that will be three people who post on here.

Certainly in recent years. Surely you can't have forgotten the blue flame kit though, with your keenness for everything Pompey..?
