You know you can play UT against the computer right? You don't have to play against other online users. Just do this and win the tournaments to build up your coins. After your first tournament win, go and buy a load of long term contracts (about 300 coins for 28 game contracts for gold players) and then you can just keep playing to build up a pot <ok>

You won't get enough for someone like Suarez (65k coins) but you can put a pretty good side together.

This, after about a week you can build a nice squad. Plus you start to find some good lower level players. Lacazette is only a 75 overall but he is MONEY for me. I have him over the 83 Cassano and 83 Villa at the moment ( plus he fits better with my mids.)

On Fifa 13, I had a bronze, silver and gold team for different moods and times of the day. If you play it enough, you notice patterns of play; late Saturday night you are more likely to come up against the drunks, weekday afternoon will probably be kids, etc.

Plus you need those squads for various tournaments. I want to build a silver team as those are probably the better players out there than the gold ones. <ok>

Problem is, when playing against another human you can still get drawn against a gold team despite controlling a bronze or silver.

Started new career as Brighton and got promoted in my first season. Problem now is I let 5 players go after their contracts expired and I had 4 players on loan last year who were in my team who have now gone back. Couple have also had their wages increased so I can't afford to loan them again (Luis Alberto was £20k now he's £40k).

My team's so small, I can't sell anymore player to generate funds and the board only gave me £5m for transfers with £25k budget for salaries!

Trying to buy young players but just isn't working for me!

Might have to move all my transfer money into wages and just go for more loans again as at the moment if I buy 1 player they're going to wipe out all my wages.

Still doing ultimate team but now that the winter update is out, will look to get on the career path again. Been playing Tomb Raider as well and was actually surprised and impressed with it, kind of like an uncharted mixed with Lost ( TV series) type of game but was good.

I wouldn't go for just loans as you're just going to get the same problem next season. Invest a chunk on a couple of scouts and sign a few young frees. Struggle it out for a season and build.

Sorted it.

I had 2 players who was getting big offers for, just needed to sign someone in order to accept one of those offers.

Sign Bartley from Swansea on the cheap and allowed me to sell Buckley for £9m and invest that in a few others before selling Ulloa for £5m.

Bargain buy so far has been Dwight Gayle for £1.4m. Been banging them in for me so far <ok>

Going to pick up an Xbox one for the Titanfall launch me thinks, looks interesting. Probably get Forza and Dead Rising to go with it.

When I eventually decide to get one of the new consoles, I reckon I'm switching back to my PS routes

DR...

You bedding it soon or do you fancy getting your arse kicked on something?

The nex gen seems very underwhelming so far

TBH, I've not really looked yet. Reason I say I'll go back to PS is because (a) it's cheaper and (b) its what I've always had prior to the xbox360 (which I got because it was a lot cheaper)

Arse kicked <laugh>

In your dreams <whistle>

No im off to bedford soon mate, just watching City Sunderland highlights

You're going to Bedford at this time of night? Enjoy.. You can do some train spotting while you're there :bandit:

100% agree. I've played on both, for a fair amount of time trying various games.

Disappointed big time. They're good for all the other stuff you can do on them, but game wise - not impressed. Don't get me wrong they're good and the games are bound to get better, but no where near the upgrade I expected due to all the hype.
