Thanks for confirming that! :) So maybe he could use his links to get Bellers back. Having said that, am I the only one who isn't too bothered if Bellamy comes back or not. Cracking player and cracking lad, but did he really add that much to our side last season?

I think you might need him more this season than you did last, unless Malky can find 2 or 3 strikers of equal or greater capability.

If he fits into MM's plans then I would love to see him back, top player for us last season in my opinion <cheers>

    Yes.

There were times when he almost carried us singlehandedly, and he scored a number of vital goals, including that cracker at the library.

I thinks its equally about what he can do in the dressing room as well as on the pitch. His passion and commitment are unquestionable and with a newly assembled squad all getting to know each other, I think that passion can be an invaluable asset as the squad gels and we all know what we're like if the team is giving it everything on the pitch. Some of the 'big name' players last year had the egos to go with it but a potentially young squad would, I think, look up to someone like Bellamy and hopefully be inspired to follow suit, which can only be a good thing imo.

Having said that though, if Malky doesn't want him then I'm talking rubbish :)

I was reading an article on Mackay on Wales Online and he said he doesn't like egos and cliquey dressing rooms. I also heard he said he would never sign Bellamy...is that true?

couldn't say if it's true mate. It's not something I've heard and if it was on WoL, it's not something I would have read either.
guess we'll find out soon enough though :)
