It was during Cortese-gate, he came on with some really snidey wumming so we jettisoned him until it had all blown over. Sort of forgot about it since then. I can unban by popular consent if people want.

To be fair, it was 1-0 in probably the least relevant to title or relegation battle game to occur all week. I can't see an anti-Saints agenda in that, even with my tinfoil hat on.

He doesn't really add anything to the forum, I certainly haven't missed him. It's not just that he is a WUM but even if you ignore him any thread he is on will just descend into nonsense, much like our old friend GMI.

I think we may have the official recognition of the BBC to be mid-table, and therefore unexciting. I thought the writing was on the wall the other week on MOTD2 Extra when a Saints fan tweeted in to ask why there was no comment about the 3 excellent goals Saints had scored against Fulham [they had commented on the match, but mainly on ManU and the usual suspects]. Mark Chapman read it out and then said, there we've mentioned them [or something very similar], which I thought was rather rude, but that's what you get these days.

I'm wondering if that was done by blades...there has been some discussion recently about them being unsafe.

Where was that Fran and was it about them causing injury to another player or the one wearing them? I know that a lot of people think they are bad for knee and ankle ligaments of the player wearing them; I don't let my lad wear them.

Made my morning reading that..... great thread title and some great posts. I never thought I'd see the day when I read "It's Southampton we need to worry about, they are our rivals" from a United fan. :1980_boogie_down:

But accepting United as our rivals would suggest a lack of ambition on our part.

José Mourinho has called Arsène Wenger "a specialist in failure", ouch.

Jose has turned into a bit of a douchebag this season. His should mind his own team for a while.

To be fair, it was in response to a quote from Wenger that Jose had a fear of failure, he didn't just bring it up out of the blue.
