Dai - how about 12 million for 4 Prem goals and 5 Europa goals to get us to the last 32 vs £11.5m (as reported today) for a big fat ZERO goals with half a season gone?

...and while we're at it;
you've been very supportive of Malky Mackay and stated Tan was out of order for getting rid...
yet you think "Jinks" should get rid of Laudrup for being higher in the table, last 32 of Europa, having spent a lot less money.

Explain that one <laugh>

£4 million for each and every goal as Europe don't count sod all as there is little money to be made unless you reach the final....we spend more travelling and hotels for everyone that will cost more for what we get in total. See i told you i know more about how football works than you will ever know..<laugh>

£12m for his services over 4 years. At 24yrs old we will get at least a chunk of that back if we sell him in that period.
He has scored goals in Czech Republic, scored plenty in Holland, scored in International football and has scored 10 so far in his first 4 months for us. 5 in European competition...and this when he has spent a large amount of time on the bench.

Vs

£11.5m for an unproven kid who has scored 0 goals on £45k a week who's only pedigree is 1 good season in Denmark.
If he doesn't come good nobody is going to want to take that kid off their hands.



As you haven't addressed the question I put to you everyone will probably assume that even you can't defend the senseless bollocks you post anymore :)

You are clearly not very bright.
He is contracted for 4/5 years.
During that time if he or us want him gone there will be a transfer fee involved.
We got £5.5m for Danny Graham.
Compare their CVs and potential.
If he has 1 season where he scores 20ish Prem goals we'll probably make money.
If he scores 10-12 goals in the league and several cup goals (as he is on course to do this year) every year for 4 years we will have got our money's worth and then some.
...by the way, Borini's setting the Prem alight isn't he? :)

Post #52 relates to the fact that at the time of you deriding the wasted £8 Million that Cardiff paid for Cornelius, who had scored 0, we had at the time a 12 Million striker that had scored just 4 Premier League goals, hence the glass house point I made, I was merely pointing out you had no freeness of speech to mouth off, when Bony hadn't at the time fired up, but clearly it's lost on you.

Would you like me to pull out some of my posts stating that it would take at least half a season for bony to bed in? And would you like me to pull out my previous posts saying that he will do well second half of the season, not to mention that I predicted that he will be good for 15 goals (premiership) no I'm sure you wouldn't, but easy to take things out of context!..................<ok>
