I have no issue with AA getting a return on his investment, or on him eventually getting his investment back, I just believe he's flying by the seat of his pants.
I think it is fair to say we need to avoid relegation this season to be able to consolidate our position on and off the pitch. Hope you're right. We've just loaned Holtby out and Capoue has been linked with a move away all window, depending on whether Sherwood feels we still have enough depth in the CM department (or something's being lined up) there may be a slight chance of recalling him if it's allowed. Hope it doesn't happen, we'd be better off cashing in on Jake if the right offer is available as there really isn't much of a future for him here. A shame as he's a local lad who most want to see succeed.
You had to give us 24 hours notice to recall, and since there's less than 24 hours to go and you haven't given said notice, then yeah he's staying.
How do you know the notice hasn't been given? Just because the media picked up on it last night doesn't mean initial contact wasn't made far earlier.
