Hopefully they'll get it figured out... but it doesn't sound good so far.

Actually, I hope they have a crap year. Will be character building for a team that has had all the glory for the last few years to remember what it's like to come from behind.

Even if Red Bull solve their issues they still have to rely on Renault solving their engine problems too. People who were track side at Jerez said that the Renault engine sounds awful. There is only so much Adrian Newey can do.

Isn't that what they're doing in your avatar?

But yes, I'd like to see someone else get the glory this year.

Until we see them struggle like this on a race weekend, i will still fully expect Red Bull to fix their issues and promptly crush all of my dreams.

To be fair the only person I feel sorry for is Ricciardo.

Yeah, it will be harsh on Ricciardo if things turn out to be as bad as it looks it is going to be just when he makes the step up to one of the top teams. I was fairly impressed by Magnussen seemingly getting to grips with the McLaren quickly, a good day all round for the Mercedes powered teams and an absolute nightmare for the Renault teams.

Also how must Toro Rosso now feel about switching from Ferrari to Renault for this year!

They don't get paid to feel as Red Bull's lackies <laugh>

@tedkravitz: Hints in the paddock tonight that McLaren's fat rear wishbones are worth a protest as their primary purpose is for aero benefit. More tomorw

@andrewbensonf1: FIA considers controversial McLaren wishbones legal - suspension exempt from moveable aero device rule & it's clearly primarily suspension

@autosport: Rivals set to copy McLaren suspension: #F1 - McLaren's Formula 1 rivals are set to copy its innovative rear su... http://t.co/8gf4dpzMVT

@andrewbensonf1: Re McLaren, just because FIA considers its rear suspension legal, teams are still free to protest it with stewards if they want

oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Forza I'm sure your seeing this now: thejudge again.

'Whilst each of the Renault customer teams have worries of their own which do not relate to the engine, TJ13 has discovered that the French F1 engine manufacturer now requires around 20 weeks to rectify the problems they are currently experiencing. This takes us up to the British Grand Prix.'

ooooooooooooooo hoo hoo hoo....

Maybe they are just going to rely on the final 3 races with double points?
