Mourinho's seems to have taken a rather hypocritical dig at Brendan Rodgers in one of the post-match interviews yesterday: Leaving aside the fact that virtually all of his players dive all the bloody time and they always have, I thought that these two managers were old mates? Seems a bit odd.
First AVB and now Brenda, why does Maureen always fall out with those who have spent large parts of their careers supporting him?
Normal service is resumed with Mourinho. He's coming out with disrespectful comments talking about other team's players and freely making hypocritical comments about other managers whilst the vast majority of the media fawn over him and chuckle at "classic Mourinho".
Go easy, lads! It cannot be easy for the Not-Quite-So-Special One to realise that there is absolutely no way Chavs can win either the Prem title or the CL with £ity in the way. I cannot wait for him to start playing his usual infant-like mind-games with Pelligrini, and then have to explain to the world how and why Chavs get spanked by £ity.
Your team is an embarrassment. You all criticise our great team for conceding too many, yet you have now conceded more goals than us and with your lack of fire power, all £100m of it, you find yourselves on 0 (zero) goal difference and likely to go into negative before this game is over. Lets hope for the sake of the English premier league you don't qualify for Europe this season.
Great team?? Obviously I'm missing something. From what I can see, you currently have one (1) great player. The rest range from poor, to ok, to good....not great!!..
We were top of the league when Suarez was serving his ban, apart from Suarez's goals the rest of the squad have managed another 35 and that's pretty great.
You can try and couch it anyway you want, you're still a long, long way away from being great. Take Suarez away at the moment, and you're not much different to us. Like Bale, Suarez doesn't just score goals, the threat he carries distracts opposition defenders, who get preoccupied in trying to stop him. That leaves space for others....
Never understood that train of thought, state the same about any teams world class players and it's true. You could say take RVP away last year and United come third....except he was there and they won the league. Alternatively, you could say put back our injured players at any one time and we'd have got more points, except they were injured so we lost the points etc etc.....
Can you read?, he never played in the 1st 5 games of the season and we were top of the league in his absence, I never said we were a great team I said that the rest of the players scoring 35 goals in just over half a season was pretty great. We have done far better without Suarez due to his ban than Spurs did without Bale during the same time, we are definitely a better outfit than you're prepared to admit.
I agree. It was posted that you were a "great" team. I merely pointed out that you had only one great player. Having said that, there's no doubt that Suarez is a massive influence on your current situation.
