Good luck with Kenwynne Jones. We were warned by Sunderland fans when we bought him that he`ll be ok for a little while, then he loses interest and does as little as possible. They were dead right. He`s a very frustrating player and I think the majority of Stoke fans will be glad to see the back of him. To be fair I gather that Cardiff fans feel the same about Odemwingie so I`m glad for both of us that no money changed hands. Does anyone know what Odemwingie was on a week? We believe Jones was on about £40k a week, eitherway, both, like all the Prem league players, are grossly overpaid. Hope you don`t mind me coming on your forum

Don't mind your comments which could be true but as for "coming on our forum", shouldn't you find somewhere to do that in private? Preferably with a partner!!!!

If he plays well for 3 months we'll have had a result whatever happens after.

If he plays well for 10 minutes it will be a 9 minute & 59 second improvement.

Odemwingie using the same script as when he came to us: -

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/25950865

He seems like a nice enough guy but simply well past his sell by date. Jones can do a lot more for us and if he keeps us up then job done and money well spent.

Jones can be what he wants to be...if he scores and works hard he will be in the team if not he wont.

i hope jones isnt on anywhere near £40k a week. i'd rate him at the moment about £25k. if we go down then i hope his wages would half at least. these are the sort of deals that clubs often come to regret.

Hopefully the club have learned something from the Danish bacon slicer debacle.

We only need him to do a job for a while in all fairness, so if he does that we will have the better deal.
Odemwingie has shown nothing except he knows how to mimic a headless chicken, good luck with that.

Well you only played Cornelius for 10 minutes, so you'll never know, will you?

'We only need him to do a job for a while in all fairness, so if he does that we will have the better deal.'

then for this reason i pray he's on nothing more than a 6 month deal. if he is then he could be a drain on resources next season, whatever league we end up in.

If he does the job for us, the league we will be in is the premier.

Well, I actually saw Cornelius, in top-form, play 90 minutes week in and week out. I might just know what I'm talking about concerning him...

Jones will do fine as will all the players lucky enough to be good enough for Ole.

No one is going to push our Ken off the ball.

If we win our last remaining games we will get trapped in the europa league so 7/8 wins will do.

We seem to have a team of antelopes with a buffalo up front.

Well maybe they'll do better, I do believe you need to change the leadership of the Club, not the manager. Malky was doingjust fine until Tan couldn't take it anymore. I mean you had a goalscoring problem in the championship last season too?
