We were the 3rd top scorers behind Watford and Palace.

No he wasn't and these transfers were sackable offence. You know that MM didn't play or rate Cornelius either right? Him and his mate just spunked tans cash on him then realised they signed a pub player. We signed an unattached French/belise guy called Gestede for nothing who is a better player, that's how bad cornelius is. If there aren't any flights there are 27k fans who'll ****ing drive him Denmark to see the back of him.

Listening to radio 5 live. Their comment on Odemwingie's debut was 'quiet'. He's playing wide right and their view is Stoke's best chances will come from the left. Says it all really.

I'm not expecting miracles with Ken Wyn Jones (clearly a Welsh boy) anyway. BUT .. whereas we've got a few players who can do what Odemwangie tries to do, we haven't got anyone like Ken Wyn Jones - apart from Cornelius who we are trying to get rid of, and Gestede who we recently and stupidly gave away to Blackburn (Gestede was a better player than Cornelius and is now banging em in up north). So, for us it's still a good deal - we get something different.

Kenwyne was an absolute legend for us at Sunderland until he got clattered by David James in that international match and got a bad injury. Never ever the same player for us after that, don't know if it was a mental thing as there didn't seem to be any lasting physical damage.

When he is up for it and fired up he is almost unstoppable in the air, his shooting has always been gash, like he has a pair of clown shoes on but he will make chances for other strikers and totally dominate centre halves IF he is up for it. Was lazy as **** in the months before he left us and after a promising start for stoke had them pulling their hair out.

All depends which version you get, if he turns up you could have a man to get the goals to save your season, if not he is a waste of space

Swapped for Odem, that's a risk worth taking.

We could have swapped Odem for a bag of Quavers and it would have been a risk worth taking to be fair though....

Sounds a similar attitude to Bothroyd, he could have been so good but was a lazy ****er.
Lets hope he does enough to keep us up, we can worry about him failing after that.
