WAAAAYYYYYY too good to be going to Fulham if true!
14.00 GMT: Fulham have emerged as contenders for the signature of Porto midfielder Steven Defour, according to the Fulham Chronicle. The Cottagers have yet to agree a fee with the Portuguese club for the 25-year-old, but the Belgian could be receptive to a move to the Premier League in order to win a place in Belgium's World Cup squad.

No Clue on this one...

09.29 GMT: Sky Sports reports that Manchester City are fighting to keep hold of 14-year-old starlet Tom Dele-Bashiru with the likes of manchester United and Liverpool interested in his signature. "I have been contacted by a number of clubs and agents to ask about my son's situation at Manchester City," said his father Dele-Bashiru Snr. "It is flattering that other clubs are interested in Tom, but we are no rush to make a decision on his future as it is important we make the right decision so that he can continue his development."

they not going to play him then at any point?

seems a long way to go just to use facilities that are already here surely, so must be game time somewhere, and if he helps them in their league at the same time why not.

He's injured until mid-May so he won't be playing many. No idea when their season ends though. It's his homeland isn't it?

He's 25 and failed to live up to the massive hype he got as a youngsters. I'd be happy to see him join Fulham so we can see and judge him properly <ok>

Unless Mourinho thinks Man Utd are ****ed whilst Moyes is there too <whistle>

Why would they pay the wages for a injured player?

Paying £40m for Mata would be very silly money IMO. He's unwanted and unhappy, I'd expect the fee to be around £20m-£25m.

We sold de bruyne who was unhappy for £17-20m. Think we'll get a bit more then £20-25m, especially if PSG are interested.

ah fair enough, keep forgetting he is injured for that long. still make them pay though can't we lol

he has conned enough wages out of us already, about time someone else paid for him <laugh>

are you even interested in money... you don;t really care about fee do you? surely its just get him off to france or spain?

Believe it or not, we are actually trying to comply with FFP. Do you really think we would of sold De bruyne for £20m 5-6 years ago? No chance.

thats why you sold the guy you didn't want to get mtic but also why you already easily get in due to the offsetting of stuff off balance sheet (that all clubs do)

I do agree you'd not have sold de bruyne for 20mil. you'd have sold him like duff for 5.. something silly... but then its up to the buyer also.... I really still think you don't really care about FPP and won't have your head turned buy paper talk of 40mil for a player worth 25.

Really struggling here <doh> come across this

A photo has appeared online suggesting that Liverpool target Mohamed Salah has rented a property in the city.

The Basel star has been widely linked with a move to the Reds during the current transfer window.

Now, a screenshot appearing to show a Direct Debit set up in Salah’s name has been posted on Reddit.

The information suggests that the Egypt international has rented a £850-a-month apartment on Princes Parade (incorrectly shown as Princess Parade on the screenshot) for the next seven months.

If it is true, the member of staff at estate agents Venmores who leaked the details is likely to be seeking new employers of their own very soon.

Just need another sucker to come along then eh? I just don't see Man Utd spending £40m on Mata. Also, Chelsea don't want Mata, not sure that was the case with De Bruyne.

Looks like BS to me <ok>

Just realized we are getting towards the end of January. Feel like a good signing could help lift the spirits a bit. We are starting to drift further from the top 3 and now Spurs have closed the gap and you just know United will find a way back in the mix.

Even struggling for rumours this window though

Couldn't give a **** about rumours <laugh>
