Indeed. I think Badu would be good. Watched him play against Inter the other day and he was running the show in the middle, really good pressing, and was getting into some good scoring positions too. Also is completely tat'd up so would fit in perfectly.

Other than them becoming **** which, TBF, is only a recent development, what happened to all the De Rossi links to Man Utd? He's getting on a bit but could we stand a chance if we get CL?


Edit: scrap that, thought he was about 27/28 but just seen he's 30 <yikes>

Ya, he came out a few years ago and was giving Gerrard all this praise and how he looked up to him, yada yada. But at that point he was out of our price range and we were still in that transition.

To be fair he plays for Roma who have since him and Gerrard have been playing about 3-4 year good years and a lot of bad ones. The guy they just signed, Nainggolan (sp) is a great bit of business. Same with AC getting Honda on damn free!!!
 
A few years ago the Bison would have been perfect. With that being said where is Lassna Diarra these days? Last I checked he was at Anzhi but they have had a mass exodus recently?

Sometimes, these are the player you have to get to help get to the next level. Rafa did it with Bellamy and Pennant <ok>
