Here's a little tribute to Jonas. Sorry about the ****ty quality of some of the video clips.

Don't apologise on his behalf Tash, it's not your fault about the quality of his pla... oh, I see, you mean the video quality.

Just kiddin. He deserves a lot of credit - especially for sticking around after relegation (and at a time hen he was still in contention for the Argentina squad).

Frustrating at times, but nobody worked harder than him and he always gave his all. I wish him all the very best.

Cheers jonas <cheers> <applause>

Yep. Not always the best, but he always worked hard and was vital to us in midfield for a while. Remember when we had Raylor LB? That was scary ****. Jonas had to cover for him so much, and it was the same with Santoon.

Scary days indeed.

His best days for me were when he linked up with Jose down the left. They used to do some intricate passing between each other - think they almost forgot they had 9 other team-mates to pass to at times. But it was good to watch.

The left side was so solid with Enrique and Jonas. I miss that partnership.

They had a very good understanding.

I think Jose leaving was the beginning of the end for Jonas too. Never managed to fit in the team in the same win since, but never for lack of effort. He came in for a fair bit of stick last season but overall he has been a big positive for this club and I wish him all the best as he goes. One of those ones who the fans will remember with genuine affection I think.

What are the odds of his scoring the winner in the Norwich match ?

Or is it a loan at the moment so that he can't play against us ?

As part of the Premier League loan conditions, Gutierrez will be ineligible to face his old club when Newcastle visit Norwich at the end of this month. Not registered in time to feature in Tuesday's FA Cup replay at Fulham, the player should make his bow at home to Hull on Saturday.

Hope we're all going to give him a great ovation when he's introduced to the crowd and then boo him every time he touches the ball after that.

A fitting send off for him, I'm sure he'll love it and even give us a wave.
