Los Che are also considering Lisandro Lopez, Felipe Caicedo and Iago Aspas as alternatives to Vargas, according to AS, while Inter de Porto Alegre striker Ignacio Scocco's agent apparently told reporters in Brazil that "Sunderland and Valencia" are interested.
