The exclusive interview from this weekend's programme, for those who weren't fortunate enough to get a hard copy of it.

Club Communcations Officer Jim Lucas spent a day following Mauricio around, getting his thoughts, before writing this piece.

Mauricio talks Saints, staff, life in England and how his first year in the Premier League has panned out.

Enjoy!

I know that it has been mentioned before that Cortese believes departments should be autonomous but cooperative. In the past, almost everyone within a club answered to the team manager, whereas Nicola considers the team manager to be a department head on par with other department heads. This is the more modern style and also works best if you plan to regularly change the manager<whistle>

A bloody horrible read! Made my eyes go funny for minutes afterwards that white text on a black background.
