When Aluko and Jelavic were at Rangers for that one season together, they scored a combined total of 29 goals, and probably assisted half of each others goals. I know it is the SPL, but if they play similar to that, even though there wont be nearly as many goals, there will be a few.

You'd have to ask Brucey, he's the one that was pissed off in the press conference yesterday, brought up how long people had had to spend on the phone calming different people down, and felt the need to apologise to the clubs in question (Sunderland with the Fletcher report a few days earlier being the other).
If we're going to play that card in one press conference, we need to publicly act in line with it in the immediate future, which is obviously now our present.

Yeah tried to figure out the best combo. The amount of time Sagbo spends on the wing we could play him in a wide position. Just so nervous about Aluko's fitness haha.

Think this is great news if it happens. Though some people knocking the potential signing just need a quick think about it. We're very much a small player in a big league, any prolific striker in the top flight is likely to be bound for a club more established than ourselves. Jelavic may not be banging in the goals like Suarez, but for a club like us he is exactly what we need. A sense of perspective is needed.
