what is funny however is how you're struggling and the players cant even be arsed to move for a pass and how teams come to your ground thinking they can take the 3 points and Moyes is to busy looking for his ring to make any sort of definitive decision to take control of a game

We'll Cantona never had a careers worth of cracks at what is essentially a knock out competition, we're the best team isn't always triumphant. Hence why 2 recent winners, could only manage 5th in there domestic leagues.
There is only 1 team in England that has managed to win both the PL and CL in the same season, and they've done it twice. You can't be champions of Europe, if your not champions of your own country.
A goal that wasn't against Chelsea, and a dive for a penalty from your whiter than white captain don't really prove a lot. Just that you rode your luck. But over a 38 game season your lot have no chance of being champions again

Utd weren't champions of their own country when they qualified for the CL in their treble winning season, so going by your logic Utd never deserved to win the trophy or the treble.

All that matters to us is they gave their entire careers to the club, but if you want to go down that path in the 26 years between Busby's last and Fergie's first all the Utd players that are seen as "legends" were lucky if they ended up with a domestic cup winners medal at OT.
