Can someone explain why the BBC asked the Northern Irish manager of Liverpool for his opinion regarding Vincent Tan and Malky McKay at Cardiff, in a story I hasten to add was utterly incorrect as it implied McKay had been sacked when in fact Tan is in talks with McKay right now?
Even weirder to see David Kerslake. What is it with bog standard former Spurs players giving press conferences at various clubs today?
Tough game for Sutton tomorrow, away at Ebbsfleet, who, are going for their record of nine wins in nine games, plus Sutton's form at the moment, like Spurs, is pants
R.I.P Great memories of childhood when stopping up to watch Sportsnight was a treat. Anyone watching the darts? Great fun - and that's just the walk-on girls Ooh. Michael van Gerwen.
I remember David Coleman At Sutton v Leeds in 1970,climbing the ladder to his commentry position, and complaining about a horse he had backed, failing to win it's race!
I don't remember Coleman doing that show. I only remember Harry Carpenter? Does that make me too old or too young?
It was initially called "Sportsnight with Coleman". Mention of Harry Carpenter reminds me when David Coleman was introducing some boxing and said "and Harry Commentator is your carpenter". .
