It'll be good to see Carroll back on the pitch again, but it seems that Mason's not as strong as stone, as his name might suggest. Balsa wood might be closer to the truth, unfortunately. He's a good player whose physique has probably held him back a little too much in this country, but a series of injuries and poorly chosen loans have hampered him even more.
Anyone watching Doncaster v Yeovil ?? Khumalo has just done a Vinnie Jones/Paul Gascoigne on a Yeovil player. .
Just found out that the bloke who ran onto the pitch during the Swindon game at the weekend and assaulted the opposition keeper is someone I used to go to school with! He was only at my house a couple of months ago fitting a new carpet! Did not expect that from him. Idiot.
Jamie O'Hara is training with Blackpool with a view to a possible loan move. This would be a great move for him, going from Wolves reserves to the top of the championship.
Adam Smith has had his loan at Derby terminated by mutual consent. New manager, new loanees and he was out in the cold. I suspect he'll be sent out again in January to another Championship side.
Looks like Carroll is back from injury. Was on the bench for QPR on Saturday and is tipped for a start tonight.
Bournemouth will be fired up for this one for obvious reasons. I bet Charlie Austin will love the service Tom Carroll is capable of providing. Should be a decent contest, I've seen Bournemouth play recently and they have some good players.
Agreed. QPR have used all 3 subs, so barring injury, he will have a much needed full 90 minutes. QPR currently 3-0 ahead. Don't think Little Tommy has been involved in any of the goals.
He's played well so far, mostly in a deeper position than I expected but he hasn't done badly. Ekotto showing a bit of a temper pushing Kranjcar out of the way to get to Charlie Austin who appeared to tell him to "**** off" after Ekotto fired a cross low and behind him when he made a good run. If we're desperate to get Ekotto back in based on his performances in the Championship then we should be sizing up a big bid for Kranjcar because he's been excellent. It's good to see him playing well again though, Niko's always been a great player to watch.
