you mean he'll be bench warming at Stoke or Sunderland for £30k per week whilst yet another over priced nobody from abroard gets a game each week?

Same thing. But how can you mention overpriced foreigners!? Liverpool have forked out nearly £60m on Andy Carroll and Jordan Henderson in the last 6 months FFS! English players are more expensive than anyone else in this country!

i dont mean the capital. the wages are the back breaker

Before mentioning any possible signing for us, just carry out one simple check....

Will he cost more then £10k (£15k for a top, top player) per week in wages. If yes, dont bother posting, we wont sign him.

Jerome will, as someone else said, be looking for £30K plus p/w

If he's been released, someone needs to tell Bolton:

"Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle is set to make a further bid for Birmingham City striker Cameron Jerome after his initial bid of £5 million was rejected"

I find it hard to believe he's been released

If he has been released his wages on the 1st July will be nil so we don´t have to pay him what he receives now. If his best offer is 10k a week he is hardly likely to refuse it because he was on more money at his last club.
