Well earned and valuable point against the form team in the league, I'm struggling to take too much satisfaction from it as the fixtures continue to be horrible. Getting something off Spurs would be huge but the Cardiff game is absolutely must-win.

Shoutout to Jay Rodriguez for acting so cool after scoring a goal. If that was me, I'd rip my shirt off, swear at opposition fans, jump into the crowed, punch cameras ect.

Just need to get through December. Four home games in January, and hopefully a fully fit squad.

Happy with a point against a team in form who went in front. Luckily we stayed in the game in the first half and then had the character to play well in the second half. 24 Points after 16 games is excellent. We have lost 4 games which only looked awful because 3 were in a clump. We still have the quality to finish above our present position...though I suspect United will go over us soon.

Well, I firmly believe we will gub spuds.

Well, I had to go out, and from reading several later posts I see we got a 1-1 draw. Must say, it didn't look on the cards at half time, but presumably Poch played a nice tactical change and outfoxed Pardew.

I think after so many tries of playing Rodrigues out wide, that maybe just maybe Poch will realise playing him up front is the way forwards. For me he looks lost out wide. In the centre with Lallana and Rickie feeding him, well he was vastly better.

My only real worry from the match today was how clear it is that we need a fit Lallana on the pitch to get things moving up front. Without him it looks a struggle.
