I know. Naughty naughty. Haven't drunk it for donkey's years, but I remember the first one tasted awful, and the second tasted like nectar.
Why's Debuchy out? If its cause of what the BT commentator said im sure its wrong? if you get 5 yellows then serve your ban your not banned again on your 6th! Also Debuchy Has been outstanding since Man City and I also wouldnt swap him for any RB! Clyne would be decent backup though
Tough one. On paper you would say Newcastle and on form as well as recent history (I dread to think when we last won at St. James'). However, on paper Man City should have annihilated us. Pardew knows some of our player well too. I think the key will be whether we can successfully keep them pressed in their own half, like we did to City.
Morning ACS......Certainly looking forward to the game......we'll certainly give you a game that's for sure.......
Not this time - I was there last season, and hopefully we won`t concede an own goal, a penalty and an offside goal this season !
If -DTLW hasn't already put it up somewhere, Pochettino's pre-match press conference is up shortly:
@SimonPeach: Boruc, K Davis, Clyne, Fox, Wanyama & Guly all out of #NUFC v #SaintsFC. Schneiderlin could be involved, but isn't fit enough to play 90mins
No Morgan has lowered my hopes significantly, need big performances from Cork and Davis once again, or for our attackers to be so scintillating it doesn't even matter. Another wonder goal from Dani wouldn't hurt, either.
Just seen Pardew's pre-match, where he said he has a score to settle after being sacked unfairly... "This is a game I really really want to win". Feisty!
Pardew trying to find an angle to motivate his team, I think. "Win it for me" etc. Get over yourself Alan.
