Can only assume you watched him on and off last season and in the first game of this season away at Man City. But not seen him play since.

He's one of our best players, great engine, strong in the tackle and never say die attitude.

Last season he was poor, but he came from a different country (halfway through the season) and in to a team fighting relegation. He's just a player that's taken 6 months to settle in. Don't think I'd swap him for another right back in the league bar maybe Zabaleta.

Santon is a different story though, not bad going forward but very suspect defensively. So if you attack down our left that's where you'd get more joy.

Cheers, I'll let the gaffer know ;)

Why's Debuchy out? If its cause of what the BT commentator said im sure its wrong? if you get 5 yellows then serve your ban your not banned again on your 6th! Also Debuchy Has been outstanding since Man City and I also wouldnt swap him for any RB! Clyne would be decent backup though :D

Tough one. On paper you would say Newcastle and on form as well as recent history (I dread to think when we last won at St. James'). However, on paper Man City should have annihilated us. Pardew knows some of our player well too. I think the key will be whether we can successfully keep them pressed in their own half, like we did to City.

He's a doubt with a hip injury.

Hip problem, he went of injured against Man Utd so not sure if he'll be back in time.

@SimonPeach: Boruc, K Davis, Clyne, Fox, Wanyama & Guly all out of #NUFC v #SaintsFC. Schneiderlin could be involved, but isn't fit enough to play 90mins

No Morgan has lowered my hopes significantly, need big performances from Cork and Davis once again, or for our attackers to be so scintillating it doesn't even matter. Another wonder goal from Dani wouldn't hurt, either.

Just seen Pardew's pre-match, where he said he has a score to settle after being sacked unfairly...

"This is a game I really really want to win". Feisty!
