Look Bri it was certainly not my intention to bully you or GC. Most of it is just immature comments (like you yourself have posted on ours along with plenty others - you know who you are Comm). I certainly didn't feel like you were bullying me when you posted stuff about me. I took it in the spirit of a joke.
I can't see how I am responsible for setting an example though. Its just a forum. I think your lot clearly take the mod role very seriously. We tend to just see it as something of a tidying up exercise. i.e. when the forum ****s up and you get double posts, or threads need merged etc. Obviously we'll delete if you post racist stuff or porno etc. I myself never ask for bans although I'm sure others have. I just rarely see anything that upsets me on here. GC bored me a little with his constant immature GIFs a while back on a match thread, but it wasn't the end of the world or something I got upset at.

In the context it was posted Smug. It was simply in response to Bri saying I need to set an example. To a bunch of other grown men and women? Not being funny but if someone suggested to me on here they were trying to set an example for me because they were a mod, I'd piss myself laughing at their own self importance. It doesn't make you some sort of law or authority because you moderate a board on an internet forum. If it does they didn't tell me when I got asked to do it and I'd have to ask where my badge is. And pay.

I think you'll find it's an arbitrator or mediator, not a tidier. It's you who's applying a false definition to your roll on this forum. I didn't feel bullied, but you didn't know that. You could have put me through hell for all you know, that's my point, you're a mediator fella, you shouldn't be looking to insight this behaviour, you should be looking to stamp it out. Not just for your own self respect but to protect innocent people in the roll you've accepted. Look at the bigger picture away from this board at what damage this sort of behaviour does in the world.
You've got way more responsibility than you're prepared to accept which is why I feel your position as Mod has become unattainable. Hopefully Posh and Brb see it the same and send you packing.
