Well if the poor bastard doesnt score against his old club, which seems to be compulsory for players, then he may as well give up. I'm not saying start him, thats up to Brucey. But if he is ever going to score then Monday's the night. Hopefully he will then go on a run.

If he doesnt i hope we can send him back to Sunland in a few weeks time. But then who do we bring in? With the bottom teams picking up we need someone to start scoring regularly or we'll undo all the good work we've done in the second half of the season.

Who would you take a punt on?

We can't send him back. Everyone keeps suggesting this but it's just not an option. They can only recall him.

Looking at how **** Sunderland are, I can see him recalled. However, as his profligacy in front of goal, Sunderland May see us as keeping him and named in our 25 man squad as a bonus!

    We're in serious trouble though.

    NO Aluko

    Brady losing his edge

    Graham is a donkey

Gedo looks out of depth or out of fitness despite the fact that he's been working on it for weeks.

and I love Sagbo but he's having to work so hard running down the wings that he is setting up players more than he is being set up.

    Prozzy and Fryatt...well you know...

    We need to bring quickly.

The Graham situation on here annoys me. People were happy with him until Everton when he got injured, now every time he comes on people are desperate to insist he's been ****. He's a good option to have, a bit behind Sagbo at the moment but he'll get injured at some point and we'll need Graham at the moment. He's nowhere near as bad as people on here want to make out. Sadly many have just caved into the media insistence that he's **** and others just can't comprehend a striker not scoring but still having some worth. If we stick with him he'll score eventually but it's not the main thing at the moment. Sagbo is our main striker for now and he only comes off late in games. Graham's job in the meantime is just to help us see games out late on.

See that's another one. What on Earth have you based that on? His 15-minute appearance against Palace?

    and arsenal.

Sorry but the same can be said about your argument. What are you basing your positive opinion of Graham on when you are clearly in the minority?

You can't even back it up with stats, it's just a subjective argument from your point of view. Graham is ****. I dunno why you are clinging on so much to a guy who isn't even ours and won't ever be. Unlike Prozzy, he is getting some playing time and there is ZERO progression. and I don't mean goal wise, that's a given, I mean in effort and quality.

All I saw him do vs Arsenal was push against the defender in his back, attempt to hold it up or head the ball and pretty much miss every time or knock it on to no one. He seems to be getting slower, maybe his legs are freezing over with the cold and generally he is the most useless out of the 11 players wearing a city shirt.

He offers nothing. That's what pisses me off. We could literally play with 10 men and it would be the same.

and you may see things differently but at least my argument is backed with facts and stats.

I don't know what they did at Swansea but for me it just seemed like he had some momentum from a good season in the championship, like a lot of players and teams do but soon got found out.

But even if I am wrong about all of this, i still don't get your attachment to a guy who we'll be waving bye bye to very soon. I used to think Ghilas had potential and I was the only one but then he proved me wrong on the field (and to be fair he didn't have half as much playing time as DG is having)
You may feel sorry for him but I think you're clinging on to hope that even DG himself doesn't have.

How? He's a mod. He's just reminding Chazz who the daddy is I imagine. Although unless Im mistaken, seems he didnt change anything (going on what Chazz said) so it mighta just been a mistake. I'd prefer to assume something more sinister though.

I REALLY hope Danny scores against Swansea, if nowt else to stop the Swans fan I work with laughing in my face and saying " 5 MILLION? ****ing hell" every time he walks passed me.

I don't remember people on here being happy with Graham prior to his Everton injury. In fact the reaction was more one of relief that he wouldnt be taking up space for the next few weeks. He's been a disaster from the get go and why Bruce chooses him over Gedo is incomprehensible. Anyone who watched the Sunderland game today and Altidore and Fletcher in action playing with speed and aggression, and in Altidores case spraying passes around the field, must know that Poyet will never recall him. We are stuck with him unfortunately. The only non-scoring striker in recent times that showed the same level of total ineptitude in our shirt was Aaron Wilbraham. If Graham's only purpose now is to see games out late on, as you put it, I'd rather have big Abdu Faye up front. At least he'd get his head on cross balls and bully a few defenders.
