It was the days before televised games, if a thug defender damaged one of our flying wingers, sometime during the game the thug would find himself flat on the deck, no one ever saw what happened, but you knew damn well who it was that had done it! Doc Walker would be well away before anyone realised. Couldn't get away with it these days, too many cameras.
