    A couple to highlight tomorrow at nice prices;

    Monday Kempton 5:20 BOWSTAR 10-1 had no luck in running when well fancied last time out. Yard are looking to recoup losses tomorrow!

    Plumpton 2:40 WICKLEWOOD 16-1 was obviously out of his depth behind the lovely IRVING last time but this race is right at the other end of the spectrum. It shouldn't take too much winning and this fella can boast a 1/2length second to Space Telescope off 81 and a 2length second to The Lemonpie off 85. On both occasions he was ridden by Dickie Johnson and whilst Tommy Phelan probably isn't quite in RJ's class he races off a mark of 76. The yard isn't banging out winners aplenty but have been in the enclosure recently. He has a huge chance at tomorrows weights.

    Compiler on Paddy Power got it wrong - others opened up around 12-14 which seems reasonable. Wouldn't read owt into it

    So the compiler on sporting life, the one on william hills, the one on oddschecker also got it wrong? All forecasting a 25-1 starting price? I say big stable money has gone on it. First run for shewd yard.

    Hugh Taylor tipped him, which explains the punt.

    The Luke chap on ATR said before the race that Electrolyser "should win this without any fuss". Dead right so seems like it was a decent price.

    if the money is right for emma's charge, then ballyman will have to settle for second--ground is possibly not in his favour either, but my money is down....

    What will be made in the stewards room of the run of the favourite Spreadable at Wolverhampton just now?

    Last week Spreadable was punted off the boards after achieving a handicap mark quietly. Last week held up came beautifully and was just denied by a short head after being slightly hampered. The cat was clearly out of the bag on this horse that was obviously a gamble last week. This week he is entered again and on the form book with 6lb in turnaround against what could be termed a fortunate winner is sent out like a scolded cat from the stalls and without any surprise fails to get home after setting a suicidal pace. Was this an attempt to put the cat back in the bag?
