So it really does work then sparkey.

You succumbed to the delicate, seductive sulphureous overtones of my newest cologne,"A night on Aberavon Beach",by Cocoa Channel !!!

There are only two places outside of the works where you can smell the damn thing. The first is Taibach. How anyone can live right next to those blast furnaces I don't know. The second is on the M4 - probaby due to the onshore winds. Doesn't create a very good impression for those passing through on their way to Jackland.

Sparkey: As Vetch says I've got no problem with you visiting. Why would I? But sometimes the line between a wum and 'banter' gets blurred and I accept that.

    Aussie - why thank you.

Some try to be overtly confrontational on here - I tend to do it covertly (in the best possible taste of course).

Once again, no business of mine, but I'm very pleased with the new tone that appears to be creeping across this forum - perhaps the creeps have had their day eh?

KJ for future reference I'd like to just say this:

99% of everything I say is tongue in cheek. Please remember this if you think I've crossed the blurred line!

Now that the broken glass has been swept up, the tables and chairs repaired and the pictures on the walls straightened this place has a new air of friendliness about it.<whistle>

I'd like to think so, but don't hold your breath. I suspect there are still a few board lurkers out there waiting to pounce when you least expect it.

Keep your guard up lest the Gang get you - there's life in the old regime yet...........<laugh>

Phil - maybe the thread title "Time For Action" said it all. Far too much has gone down on here between fellow Jacks (none of my concern) and between Swansea and Cardiff posters which is of concern to anyone who enjoys forum chat.

Getting blown away with aggressive comments every time someone ventures across more or less killed this board of any useful discussion between fans.

If this new Jack forum sucks the root cause of the problem away from this one, it will be a happier place to visit.

Fault exists on both sides, and no moral high ground is being taken here, but I'm looking forward to resuming "hostilities" on this forum with old adversaries from a few years back on the old 606 without the need to resort to a slanging match.

I hope a few fellow Cardiff posters think the same way and join me over here. In the meantime, best of luck to you Swans in appointing the most appropriate mods to see this through. IMO, Valley should stay on - but then again, fck all to do with me as some will no doubt say. <ok>

    Ol' Spark's right.

There are far too many peeps with too much aggression (everywhere). How about starting from a point of banter instead of assuming someone's insulted your family and then pursuing a mafia style vendetta - again and again and again.

It's a bloody forum, get a grip folks!
