It wasn't anything to do with individual board bans, it was just that one incident.

It was a permanent site ban, but I've asked brb to overturn it and he's said he'll do just that when he comes online, on the understanding that Mr Hat will behave himself.

And when he doesn't behave himself? What then? What exactly would he have to do to actually get a ban from here?

I think that's pretty obvious.

He's being unbanned because what he posted was on another board. He's still banned from the Sunderland board but I don't think a site ban was really necessary since he's posted several thousand harmless posts on the City board. He can now continue to do so but the supermods have got his number.

Hopefully The Hat will listen carefully to the salvatory words of Tuff Gong and come through this whole ordeal as a better type of head gear.

How do I put my own signature on the bottom of posts?
how do I link someone users post into my own?

any help is much appreciated.

To quote someone else's post in your own, click the 'reply with quote' button in the bottom right corner of the post you wish to quote.

To put your signature on the posts go to Control Panel at the top, then Edit Signature on the right hand side.
