Pretty pleased with my GSR time. If anyone watched the race on channel 5 they would have seen that the strong headwinds down the last 2 miles even slowed the elite athletes time down by about a minute per mile! I was aiming for 1:25. But did it in 1:28. Not too disappointed as I think I would have got 1:25 without those winds. Beat my time from last years GSR by 7 minutes! I was in the top 16% of people out of over 25,000 running last Sunday so I was pleased with that. The next target is, of course to beat 1:20! And eventually to be in the top 1000 competitors which would require a time of about 1:10.

Beefy's has finally reached 1000 posts. We seem to have slowed down considerably.

So .

Hulkenberg or Maldanado for lotus ?

Longer it goes on , I fear it will be Pastor and his dosh .

Hulk would be better off staying at Sauber IMHO .

I posted on old 606 before we got relegated from the Prem. lolz

Yeah, the very first time I signed up to 606 was when we were still in the Premiership. I didn't exactly go on there often until the season we went down from the Championship when I started lurking. Eventually started posting a couple of weeks before they announced it was shutting down. Never mind.

I must have only been 11 or 12 when I first signed up... probably against the rules, but never mind.

Same, immensely bizarre to think I wasn't even a teenager when I signed up to 606.

Recent results show Liam from one direction is the most influential person on Twitter, followed by the one with the hair from the same band. Cameron is seventh and Lord sugar fourteenth.

Emmm. I am just off to pre order midnight memories, their new album, for those that haven't been influenced yet.

The only thing anyone from One Direction will influence me to do on Twitter is to deactivate my account. I won't though as I enjoy partaking in the online equivalent of talking to myself.

He left Portsmouth like three years ago, I doubt his time at Portsmouth would still have much impact on what he does nowadays, especially as he was only at the club for three years.

Pictured: a proud husband at a Pompey wedding.
