Rooney, Carroll, Bent, Defoe, Crouch, Agbonlahor, Sturridge, Zamora, Welbeck and Charlton Cole are all ahead of DJ in the pecking order so he doesnt really have much chance. Unless he learns the offside rule and signs for Man U which is unlikely
Don't know about Charlton Cole, old DJ has about as much chance as Charlton Heston! I see his lifelong commitment to his beloved Blackpool has hit the buffers.....what a surprise
I dont rate Charlton Cole 1 bit but someone does because West Ham and England keep picking him and he nevers does anything. DJ will struggle next season in the prem he would be best off sticking with Blackpool
DJ only scored goals last year because of the amount of chances Blackpool created. He also missed a lot of opportunities!!
Take out Charlie Adam and Blackpool would of got relegated before christmas. He is the only prem player they have and he will leave now

Mind you, Blackpool fans were given plenty of warning about exactly what they were signing so they can't be that surprised by this turn of events. He does have form when it comes to mouthing off and trying to engineer a move - whether anyone in the PL will actually want him though is very questionable. He's taken a risk and it'd be quite satisfying to see it backfire.
