With it on med then do you have to break much? Do you break when hitting the red bit of the line or do you look at the signs on the track to the right of the corners that show how far you have got left?

Yep. I never were shoes when driving to footy. Although, I've also been known to drive in my footy boots too (blades and studs)

 

Weird, when I was into kickboxing I walked around alot bare foot, on concrete to toughen up soles of my feet

I still pressed the brake when it was on full so that I'd get used to it, there is no way I'd just hold the accelerator and steer

Yes, the red bits are the braking zones but it depends on your style as to when you brake. If you wait until you hit the zone then it will be a fast in slow out approach (great for overtaking but **** for getting a fast time). I normally brake a fraction before the zone and power through the corner, you may have noticed this when I pull away from you on the corner exit

And I have noticed this on the corners, especially in Q

I need a good night tonight. I had a quick race adter you'd gone off last night and did a lap on High (auto braking) and then full braking. My full braking lap was 2 secs quicker

Prob is though if im stuck behind a car and try to do them on the corner im fooked because if i go off the racing line...........I need to get used to do some myself, never been competitive enough before to do that but im gonna have to sort it

 

Just turn it down and commit to do so many races, you'll soon pick it up. As I say, I'm tempted to put mine down but I don't know the tracks

Even on Medium, it annoys me when I try to undertake as it still slows me down for not being on the racing line.

I did managed to finish fourth (out of eight) on one of the historical races with no braking assist though

 

Have you raced Singapore before?

Very brightly lit track, not much room for overtaking

This is the one that reminds me of Monaco but is nowhere near as hard
