Everyone's entitled to their viewpoint on JDG, however there's only one view that interests me and that is of Michael Laudrup, surely if JDG is as sh!t as some say then ML wouldn't even entertain playing him, there must be some quality that he has for ML wanting him in the squad.
So again we have a player judged because he doesn't run around enough. I bet some people on here thought Adrian Forbes was a better player than Pablo Hernandez.
Meanwhile those who have more than a rudimentary grasp of the nuances of the game beyond "he run, he stick foot in, he good" (I get a mental image of those people who don't wearing animal pelts and poking at the keyboard with a stick) are fully behind De Guzman as a richly talented player who is almost as important to our style of play as Michu himself.

I haven't seen any of those valid reasons yet valley, where are they ??![]()
Who hassled the Chelsea defenders and got us to Wembley? Let's just say he's an enigma ....

JDG's goal on Saturday wasn't even a dead ball for god's sake. I can understand some of the 'lazy' arguments here but this really takes the cake. It amazes me that whatever you think of JDG (and I really do understand some of the valid criticisms) in a week where gets MOM and makes the Beeb's team of the week he's getting slammed here.
