Two Broke Girls is terrible. I think it only survived because every other Whitney Cummings show was even worse.

Community and 30 Rock were both good. Archer is hilarious. Brooklyn nine nine is not terrible and has a bit of promise. That's about it. Pretty much every other US sitcom is horrible.

I don't know if you were aware, but a few of us in here fully agree.

I check out The Big Bang Theory now and then, but that's almost entirely just because of Kaley Cuoco. You can watch the first five minutes and then quite easily predict how the rest of the episode will go, and maybe there will be a couple of decent laughs and they'll put Penny in something revealing.

Archer has provided the funniest TV I've seen in years.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine definitely has some promise. Don't particularly like Andy Samberg, but Michael Schur can make anything funny, as evidenced by the fact that he turned insulting baseball writers via statistical critique into just about the funniest website of all time.

Have to say, Kingsland Road are the most credible group in years, probably since JLS.

Just a heads up, Harry Redknapp is on The Jonathan Ross Show tonight. Good job it's post-watershed.

"Well ya know Rossy, I did try 'n' sign Dizzee Rascal and Julie Walters..."

Seriously they're way more credible than One Direction.

    Surely you know JLS?

Kingsland Road are woeful. I saw them in passing and can't even believe people would pay to support them.

Another naff boy-band who will probably make a career out of being auto-tuned, PR managed and having a fashion guru.

They're not that bad, decent harmonies, not bad vocals and good dancing ability. Yes they're a boyband so that automatically makes them reasonably cheesy, but I think they're more JLS than Westlife.

You never listen to radio commentary when Southampton are playing then I take it?

That's really quite a poor reply when you support a side who are currently 15th in a division three promotions away from Southampton.
