Best Driver: Grosjean, did as much as he could, just didn't have the car
Worst Driver: Chilton, fastest of the new teams in Q, 2 of his opponents get taken out 1st lap, the other 1 has to take a drive through at the start and he still doesn't win the new team battle. Almost Ricciardo for his foolishness, why race people a pit-stop ahead and lose time?
Best Rookie (Gutierrez, Bottas, Van Der Garde , Bianchi, Chilton): Gutierrez, when he failed to get passed Massa throgh the hairpin and started losing positions quickly I feared the worst, nice to see him battle back.
    Best Team: RBR
    Worst Team: Williams,

Best Overtake: Hulk on Ricciardo there were some nice over-takes, and some v aggressive ones (Maldonado).
Most Surprising Result: Gutierrez solid race performnce
    Least Surprising Result: Vettel wins

Special Mention to: Vettel for his calm intelligence, Gutierez for once again proving he belongs in F1, he's getting better and better, he's coming on in leaps and bounds, and fatty boom boom, another great drive, shame his tyres went towrds the end, had the measure of Alonso and Raikonnen until then (IMO)
Race Rating: 8/10, some great racing all the way to the end, and even a race for the lead in the last 15 laps.

Best Driver: Grosjean. Superb drive. Showed some real class when defending. My driver of the day.
    Worst Driver:
Maldonado. His aggression goes beyond what I see as the acceptable limits for honourable combat and reminds me somewhat of Schumacher, although Maldonado is a fair bit clumsier. It's a shame Chilton didn't have a better race, but due to his superb qualifying performance, I find myself unable to nominate him as 'worst driver' over the weekend. I also agree with Miggins about Ricciardo's possible lack of awareness about who he was racing.
    Best Rookie:
Gutierrez, showed some gritty determination and out-performed the other rookies this time.
    Best Team:
Red Bull. No question about it.
Worst Team: Mercedes? McLaren? Marussia? No: they all begin with the letter 'M'. Well, in that case it might be
Williams, but my selection of them as 'worst team' is almost entirely due to one (supposed) team member… (See 'worst driver'.)

    Best Overtake:
Räikkönen around the outside of Hulkenberg at the chicane. Courage can sometimes be seen as closely related to 'foolhardy' but it is entirely different to 'reckless'. He made his move in such a way that he would be seen and therefore very likely to survive. For the 'reckless' example, read Maldonado's clumsy attempt at the same part of the track: he gave Bottas absolutely no chance to avoid some gardening.
    Most Surprising:
Massa ignoring team orders. Fair play to him but it's ironic that he may as well have complied…
    Least Surprising:
Vettel's win, very much enhanced by getting the obvious strategy and making it work. I've read (and heard) some interesting verdicts on Webber's three stopper. To be frank, I was surprised how early his first stop was – and then even more surprised by his short second stint, although it's possible he took more out of those tyres over the course of the weekend. During the race, his only fresh tyres were his last set of Options. Even so, I still have a raised eyebrow at what actually happened.

    Special Mention for:
    Maria de Villota… …

I was going to nominate him as well, it was a hopeful lunge for a meaningless position against his team-mate in the last corner. That said, you race to the line, and the FIA's stance says to me that if contact had been made then Bottas would've been the likelier to go in to see the stewards, and Williams didn't castigate him either (although that may have been financially motivated) which is why I didn't.

I almost put Maldo as best overtake, partly out of mischief but also because it seemed to me like a revelation of the desperate state of Williams, the severity of which I had not been aware of, and all for 16th place!

Best Driver: Grosjean - pretty perfect race from him, just the car wasn't quick enough. Probably the best race he's ever had

Worst Driver:Maldonado - That overtake wasn't even clumsy, he meant to do that. Forcing another driver off the track through diving down the inside where there isnt much room isnt an overtake. Bottas had been much better than him

Best Rookie (Gutierrez, Bottas, Van Der Garde , Bianchi, Chilton): Guitierrez - great to see he got his first points, and improve on his performance in Korea

Best Team: Sauber - fanatic result for them, its amazing how quickly they've improved the car, though, I should think that's thanks to the Russian company investing money in them

Worst Team: Williams - not making any progress whatsoever, I guess they're focusing on next year, but they're performances are still really poor. Just hope they have a good car next year

Best Overtake: Raikonnen on Hulkenberg round the outside of the chicane

    Funniest-moment: None

    Most Surprising Result: Chilton's qualifying

Least Surprising Result: Jenson in the points again. I think he's doing really well this year. He's finished in the points in all but 3 races, and I think he gets the most out of his car. A lot of people criticised him when Lewis was at Mclaren, but with the car not being a race winner this year, I think it's shown how good he really is

Special Mention to: Hulkenberg - Lous would be stupid not to sign him up now. Did so well to move up to 4th and keep Alonso behind

    Race Rating: 7/10

    Best Commentator/Presenter: DC
