Do the Crystal Palace fans still think our team is worse than theirs?

I’d imagine so despite Holloway signing a glut of Championship standard players too big for a 25 man squad.

I used to be totally indifferent to them, but last season their fans made me feel mildly ill upon occasion.

Did I hear the City fans singing "Your going down with the Palace"

Whilst it is very early days both Palace and West Ham look like struggling all season..
If Sunderland stay down there...JOB DONE..

Yea if you go to their forums they say that our fixtures have been easy. That we will not win many games come the end of the season and will go down. They seem to think they are just having some bad luck and have a harder schedule.

It's too hard to say. All in all, both WHU and Sunlan still are forces to be reckoned with (for us and the lower order at least).

Last time, we had Burnley, Pompey, WHU and us who were ****. This time, I only see Palace as being dog turd.

I used to actually quite like Palace. In 2008, I remember their fans at the KC joining in the applause and chanting the name of the young City supporter who had tragically died traveling to Barnsley a week earlier. But last season their players' and fans' antics made me lose a lot of that respect.

All football fans, more or less, are blind to certain degrees.

I never realised, until last season, how blind (and nerdy) their fans are.

Palace fans are the living and breathing Soccer AM (fyi English football prog -don't bother checking it out)

Agreed.

Does anyone know what happened to Brady in the second half? Was he injured or just ****ing knackered?

I was surprised that he came out for the second half. Took a heavy knock about 10 minutes before half time and was left holding his lower abdomen. I thought that was him out for the operation, but he managed to run it off till half time.

A really enjoyable game to watch which was end to end for the most part. Whilst Big Sam Lardarse has a point of the 2 penalty decisions overall Hull had the best chances by far. Other than the goal Hull had a goal disallowed, a bar, a post and 2 saves by Jussi as well as a few other half chances. Other than the hand ball and a shot in the firt half West Ham did not have much at all. So for that reason the result was the correct one. imo

As for Kevin Nolan he should have got a straight red for the tackle on Rosie. So big sam got very lucky on that one.

Yes Hull City got the rub of the green from ref. Kevin who was our Friend for a change. Makes a change after the bad decisions @ Chelsea and Man City where goals came from soft free kick awards. (Lampard and Yaya Toure). Swings and roundabouts Big Sam. hahaha.

The PL league table just looks just dandy now. 3pts above Man Utd and level with Man City and just 1pt behind 3rd but that should increase sunday as i expect Liverpool to win @ Slumberland.

In a way yes i was also. But Brady is a tough kid and he is on a role now. With JUST the Villa game to come before the next international break i guess that Brady will make that game and then have the surgery to get it sorted out once and for all.

They won five fewer games - a tally that would have been far greater had they not been given about twenty penalties - and finished seven points adrift, and still think they were better than us. It beggars belief. One of them even said he recalled us drawing a lot of matches. We had 7 draws. They had 15. Idiots.

I had a soft spot for Palace until last year. The goal celebrations, diving and general arrogance made me anti them. I'm looking forward to the away game this season: I'm hoping for some revenge for the game last year.

All this crap about BFFS and Robbie Brady is starting to get on my tits. However, I wonder what Sam would have done if he was managing City when we played Arsenal in the FA QF a few seasons ago and got robbed. Big style...

My guess is that he would have twatted Riley as he came off.
