Dover has a population density of 4,994 inhabitants per square kilometre which is high but not the highest. The place I am thinking of has city status.
I would have gone with London too... otherwise would have suggested Portsmouth or Southampton! Salisbury has too many fields to be that dense, and a pretty small population
I' ll give it to you Kev because the answer is in there. Portsmouth is the answer - because of being very nearly on an island the density is 5,139 people per square kilometre - higher than that of Greater London. Over to you Kev. Sorry it took so long but I've only just got back from work.
