Watching MOTD, this is the second time in a row that Lloris gets away with handling the ball outside the box
And United looked terrible, their weak midfield finally exposed.

The guy on TV got it spot on, their midfield and defence are one paced. They were too slow to deal with City and the likes of Aguero and Navas. Watched the first 15-20 minutes of that game and it was total domination by City. Never seen anything like it.
Don`t watch much football then eh?
Your lads had their **** pushed in through the first 20 mins, and don't deny it.
It was worse than the 6-1 in some senses, not that I particularly care about Utd but still. At the game at Old Trafford, they had the excuse of being down to 10 men and City scored 3 goals in the last 5 minutes of the game.Seeing as I can't post on the spuds board, I'll have to ask the question here.
Would you be happy if the table finished as it stands today ?

Yes I would. Second would be fantastic and ensure we can keep on strengthening. Obviously you lot winning the title would take a bit of the gloss off, but in the end 2nd would be a major step forward, and in the end I care only about Spurs progressing.
The deal would be that we win next year though![]()

I don't think we can extend the deal to include any add-ons I'm afraid![]()

Of course. You'd have to be one of those weirdo fans who takes pride in not having a single piece of red clothing in their wardrobe to think that Arsenal not having a good season is more important than us having a good season.
In an ideal World it'd be us and you competing for the title every year. The closer we are the better the rivalry and the more at stake the better it is too. We all might joke about the otherside getting relegated and how funny it'd be but we'd miss the regular games against eachother.
I think this could be the season where both Arsenal and Spurs finish in the top four, the way Utd are going
I just think Utd's MF looks really disjointed. For me Fellani wasn't a player they needed, both Carrick and Cleverley play that role. What they really needed was an Ozil, Thiago or Fabregas and none of them wanted to join Moyes the Bartender. In Rooney and RVP they have one of the best forward lines in the PL, but if the midfield can't supply them, then they are going to struggle for goals. Add to that, Rooney may well still become a Chelsea player in January and RVP injury is a reminder of how fragile he can be.
That said, it is too early too tell just at the moment. But the season is already shaping up to be a really exciting one.
