Don't quite know what you mean by that No1J, but I'll do a quick explanation of what I mean. Pound for pound, a traditional tower/desktop will easily beat a laptop performance wise. It'll also be easier to use in one place and, if anything goes wrong, it is far cheaper to repair or even upgrade. Oh, and laptops don't have anything like the reliability either. They have one single advantage. You can carry them around, room to room or over distances. I use my Samsung Galaxy S2 when I'm out. It's good enough for using as a computer outside. As for indoors, use a trad tower/desktop. Even the display can be miles bigger and better. To be honest, it's a no-brainer.
Apple..? Nice, but way overpriced. I won't part with actual money for kewl alone.
