Rafa who didn't get the best reception at SB but sorted out a trophy for us nevertheless, seems to be the man to sort out our problems! I'd have to go back to the mid 70's when I felt so despairing about what we were delivering on the pitch! I loved Jose but were going backwards now at a rate of knots and we have to put things right . COME BACK RAFA! WE LOVE YOU!

I think the only serious point of the thread is the fact we looked as poor today as at anytime in the last 15 years. Really poor.
What the **** were we doing spending 30m on Willian when we have problems at the back and midfield.

I'm sick and tired of hearing people defend Liability Luiz. He is not a good footballer let alone a good defender. We should have bitten Barca arm off. I said at the start of the season I wasn't expect things to go brilliantly but I never thought it would be this poor. Yes it's early but teams should be starting to gel at this point but we are more disjointed than opening day. Not good signs and certainly nothing to do with being fickle and everything to do with being honest.
 
To say that Rafa won you a trophy by being there only half a season is just as daft as saying whats his face won you the CL after only being there half a season.
 
Yes, Di Matteo was only there half a season so didn't really win you the CL did he as the season was started by somebody else. Now Rafa was only there half a season when you won the EL,he can't really claim it as all his own work can he?
