I don't see the problem with what he said. He's new to the club so by saying we could win the title he's playing it safe with the fans, very few will get annoyed like you over the statement. Imagine if he'd done the opposite and said he didn't think we could finish top 4 or that we won't finish above Arsenal, all our fans would be pissed off with him. He hasn't been at the club very long so probably doesn't know what our fans are expecting so in my view he's just played it safe.
I wouldn't say I'm annoyed Yid I just think it's a touch rash that's all and he'd play it safe by not saying anything.
I think it's probably just what he's used to. We do have various players that have picked up silverware now, so it's not surprising that they want to pick up more.
