umm when did i start a petition?? now stop the bull ****, especially you banksy who accused me of saying the other day on the lambert thread on your board that i said it was the majority of city fans which i didnt. so gasheads, read these 2 comments and see the lies.

now here is the truth....

i was dead against city using the world cup bid to hide behind meaning it would cost the tax payer - me. i have no issues with city getting a new stadium but its wrong that it was going to be part funded by the tax payer which it was going to be. thats why i was against it at the time and i did state this reason at the time. i also stated at the time that if it wasnt for the world cup bid i would be very supportive. which is what happened. as soon as england lost the world cup bid i was supportive and wished you all the best getting your stadium. i stated so many on the bbc606 and even on here too that i hope you do get your stadium. i set up NO petition. however there was a petition going on which i added the link on the bbc606. this was done out of fairness. there was petitions going around to support it and i counter balanced it by adding a link to the petition against it. i didnt start the petition and wouldnt know how to do it so cut the bull ****.

as for the dog walking, **** me, have you never heard of banter??? <doh> so basically i cant be serious and have a laugh at the same time??? listen to yourself then have a word with yourself.

:emoticon-0177-toivo <-- for the record, thats banter <doh>

anyway back to the thread looking past the bull ****....

i am not worried about the judicial review. currently if the stadium started building now we couldnt start playing to 2015/16 season. 12 weeks delay and it will be sorted. building can start and still be ready by the 2015/16 season. no worries.

more bull though, few weeks back the green party rubbished rumours that they will be behind any judicial review. obviously lies https://www.bristol.gov.uk/councillorfinder/?Task=name&CouncillorId=82

they are not doing the judicial review because of transport or the gloucester road high street. they are doing it because the process wasnt apparently followed properly. the deadline for planning was 11/01/13 but sainsburys made changes to the access road on 08/01/13 and apparently didnt do any consultation on it. wont stand a chance of blocking this. just delaying tactics. which will cost the tax payer money. which as you can see, anything that costs the tax pay money im not impressed with.

oh and for the record, i wasnt impressed with the nimbys at ashton vale (after the world cup bid was over) who kept fighting against city and that cost the tax payer too.

Radice is a lying bitch. She's one of the Trash Horfield Ltd directors. The rest are local busybodies, with no traders on the board.

It's definitely a Green ideologically-driven thing.

I bloody hate the way they are doing this - lodging the JR app at the very last minute to cause maximum delay. Hopefully the judge will see it for what it is and throw it out. If they don't then the delay could extend for months and months <grr>.

Makes my ****ing blood boil.

not just her though <ok>

Lib Dem Councillor David Willingham said "significant changes were made to the plans late in the day which the public had not been consulted on. They didn't really engage with the community and putting the largest supermarket in north Bristol on a single carriageway road is just going to cause large amounts of chaos." <--- That was taken from the OS forum which was taken from bbc radio bristol.

here is willinghams interview on itv news.... (video in here http://www.itv.com/news/west/story/2013-09-11/rovers-judicial-review-setback/)

From Sainsburys:

"We are disappointed that, so late in the day, a legal challenge has been made against Bristol City Council following the decision in January to grant planning permission for a Sainsbury’s at the Memorial Stadium. We understand that a Judicial Review application has been lodged with the High Court, which is based on the way in which the Council reached the decision rather than the decision itself. The council will be dealing with this directly."

A council spokesman said:

"Of course we will vigorously defend any such challenge, and are confident in our position, but will not give a running commentary on these matters."

Christ, look at the state of Willingham. He's unsure whether he's a crap local politician or the lead singer of a crap emo band.

Either way he's a ****.

The only possible grounds they have are the minor alterations to an access road. Hopefully the judge will tell them to **** off and we can start building.

so basically, sainsburys have made it clear the JR is against how the council reached the decision and not against the decision itself. so it is delaying tactics.

the council are not worried and are confident.

so its just a matter of wait and see what happens as the odds are firmly still in our favour. we have waited over 20 years. whats 12 more weeks hey?? <ok>

which is what the council have already told them but in more tactful words <laugh> again i have no worried. delayed the start of the build it would still be on target for start of teh season that rovers were planning. it would have been due to be built half way through 2014/15 season. we wouldnt have been allowed to move mid season so wouldnt be able to start using it until the start of 2015/16 season. 12 weeks wont delay this <ok>

JRs are always about the process, rather than the decision itself.

The decision bit was when it was referred to Jabba the Pickles.

2 tweets from Geoff Dunford....

"Green party and Lib Dem members set up a limited company to challenge their own council and to limit claims against themselves if they lose?"

"Council tax payers must be wondering why they voted for these people? #wastedPublicFunds"

Redprintt has you summed up CJS..

You speak with fork tongue. you put a link on here for 'fairness' yeah course you did.!

If your so concerned about fairness you will surely agree with this latest JR as it will be done in the name of 'fairness' just not from your point of view.. Yep, you're a very big reason many City fans will be grinning over this one..

yep thats your opinion. a ****ed up opinion but still your opinion which you are entitled to have. you dont know me. any comment that is written or typed can be miss read and interpreted into anthing you want it to be. if you cant tell the different between my banter comments and my serious comments then thats your fault and not mine. believe what you want, i couldnt care. you lie about me then i will defend myself with the truth. once i done that, i couldnt care what anyone else thinks after that as i have already defended myself and if people still see me as you do then so be it, their lost not mine :)

Sell the minimal to Bristol Rugby. Sell AG to Sainsbury's already approved.

Buy Filton Airfield together whack a stadium up, hold major concerts every year.

The ground is used every weekend throughout the year.

Sorted. It works on the continent, if people don't like the idea of sharing then are they fans of the clubs or just against the opposite team.

3 months for judge to chuck out the JR
Further 3 months for TRASH to prepare for court after they appeal against the judge's decision.
Get to court for the appeal to be considered........................

Have to agree that a lot of 'banter' was thrown about by Rovers after City's problems. I suspect from many it was just harmless banter, but even the most reasonable Rovers fans would have to admit that they would have been resentful if City had got AV and they were stuck at the mem. Personally I would love to see both clubs get their new stadiums and I'm gutted that yet again a few NIMBYS have got in the way of Bristol moving forward.

I really do think it's time that the 2 clubs put together a ground sharing proposal. Many will hate the idea but I really think it's the only way to get this through...
