If Giroud get's injured, we're ****ed, and it's more likely he will get injured because we're going to have rely on him so much, not being able to rotate here and there, making it far more likely to get injured. Not a good position to be in having only 1 out and out striker.
Wonder which striker we will move for then? Maybe that rumoured other big money bid will be for a striker?
Pod ain't back for 8-10 weeks, sorry, can't count on him. Walcott is not an out and out striker, too lightweight and weak for that position, we need a real striker.
