My main impression of him is that he works very hard as well as getting in good positions. Would be happy with this, but interesting to hear the fee. West Brim paid nearly 5mil with extras on top (according to wiki anyway).
Come on now Sir. He has only had 66 games since he turned 20 years old. Are you really going to toss the years he was 18 and 19 in on that? He has a 1 in 4 since he turned 20 years old and some of those were coming off the bench. That is a good record.
The Bendtner to Palace deal had gone completely dead since he left the training ground. Could that still be happening? Being mates with some of the squad only helps, especially when you've got around a dozen Irishmen! Thudd and Davies are good mates, and I bet that had a bit of influence towards him coming (not much though)
